If your cat or dog is desexed within the first six months of the registration year, owners can apply for a partial refund. No refunds apply for desexed animals after 10 October each registration year.
The quickest and easiest way to submit their certificate of sterilisation and apply for a refund is by visiting My Hobsons Bay Hub and completing this form.

Once you have submitted the form, including your bank details, your request will be sent to the animal department for review. Once approved the Council will process the partial refund.
As always, you can pop into any Council+ location with documentation or email customerservice@hosonsbay.vic.gov.au and upload your certificate of sterilisation.
