The quickest and easiest way to request a bin repair is by submitting this form via My Hobsons Bay Hub.
Once you have submitted your form we will forward it to the waste contractors. If it relates to a lid the repair this will be completed within 2 –3 business days. If it relates to the body of the bin or a wheel/axel, this will most likely occur after your next collection unless the bin is empty and then it will be completed within 2 –3 business days. Please remember to leave your bin out until the repair is completed.
