If your cat or dog is deceased within the first six months of the registration year, owners can apply for a partial refund. No refunds apply for deceased animals after 10 October each registration year.
If you are already registered on My Hobsons Bay Hub, the quickest and easiest way to notify Council is by filling in this form. If a refund is due, it will be processed within 21 days.
