The quickest and easiest way to let us know that you wish to upsize or downsize your bin is by submitting this form via My Hobsons Bay Hub.
Once you have submitted your request, we will forward it to our waste contractors. Please leave your bin out and they will deliver a new bin within 2-3 business days after your next collection day.
If you are having trouble completing your application online, you can fill out the hard copy version of the form (attached below) and return it to customerservice@hobsonsbay.vic.gov.au or in person at any Council+ location.
